Return & Refund Policy

Returns Eligibility and Timeframe

BAGGU accepts returns on full-priced items within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify, items must remain unused, unwashed, and be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. If an item appears worn beyond trying it on, we cannot accept the return.

Items purchased on sale, including those from promotional events or sale collections, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

Begin your return by contacting BAGGU through our contact page. Please do not send items back before receiving approval. After approval, you may either ship the item or return it in person to a BAGGU physical store if convenient.

Return Shipping and Fees

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Returns shipped by mail are subject to a $4.95 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns processed in a BAGGU store, as well as exchanges or returns completed as store credit, do not incur any restocking fee.
  • Returning your item in-store avoids the restocking fee and usually results in faster resolution.

Refunds

Once BAGGU receives and verifies your return meets all condition requirements, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds generally take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after we complete inspection of your returned items.

Price Adjustments

If an item you purchased at full price goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase, BAGGU will provide a one-time price adjustment refund for the difference. This refund is credited to your original payment method and applies once per item.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. To do so, contact BAGGU promptly through our contact page to request cancellation within this window.
