Once your payment is confirmed, BAGGU processes orders within 1-3 business days. Please note processing may take longer during holidays, peak sales periods, or if additional order verification is required.

Shipping Destinations and Options

We currently ship only within the United States. During checkout, you will see all available shipping methods along with their costs before you finalize your payment.

Shipping Costs

Standard ground shipping costs $6 within the US.
Orders of $50 or more qualify for free ground shipping.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or additional fees required will be displayed at checkout or communicated accordingly.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

After processing, standard delivery typically takes about 7-10 business days to reach you. For expedited shipping, delivery times will vary as displayed at checkout.

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs inspections, or incorrect address details.

International Shipping

BAGGU also offers international shipping where available. Delivery outside the US generally requires 8-11 business days post shipment. Customs clearance may extend delivery times. Responsibility for customs fees and duties lies with the recipient.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address provided. Please allow some time for the carrier to update tracking information after dispatch.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

It is essential to provide your exact shipping address during checkout. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, your package may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping will incur additional fees.

If you realize an address mistake immediately after ordering, contact BAGGU promptly to attempt changes, though address corrections cannot always be guaranteed due to time sensitivity.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property including porches, side doors, or mailrooms.
