Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through BAGGU’s website, you commit to fully abiding by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please refrain from using our site to make purchases.

Order Accuracy and Pricing

BAGGU aims to provide accurate product details and pricing at all times. However, errors may occasionally arise.

If a price is listed incorrectly or a product description contains inaccuracies, BAGGU reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Quantities for certain items may be limited, and if a product you desire is out of stock, we will notify you promptly.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders placed cannot be modified to add or remove products.

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your entire order, please submit your request immediately after placing the order via our contact page. Due to strict time constraints, such modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed.

Shipping Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to enter a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If a shipment is returned to BAGGU because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will assist in reshipping your order; however, any extra shipping charges will be your responsibility.
For international shipments, any customs fees, import duties, or additional government charges are solely the recipient’s responsibility. BAGGU cannot predict or manage these fees.

Shipping Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

BAGGU is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party delivery services, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly via our contact page. We will collaborate with you to determine the best course of action.
